Monroe is at it Again, Needle Exchange Program

Monroe County is one stage closer to opening a needle trade 
program in Bloomington.

At an open listening to Friday morning, Monroe County magistrates voted consistently to maintain wellbeing official Thomas Sharp's revelation of a nearby general wellbeing crisis.
