The Ripley County Health Department has declared a HIV and Hepatitis C testing center to be held Wednesday, September 23.
In light of HIV flare-ups among intravenous medication clients in Scott County, all Hoosiers are urged to know their status.
As of August 30, the Indiana State Department of Health affirmed no less than 181 people in southeast Indiana with HIV.
The free and classified center will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the wellbeing office situated at 102 West First North Street in Versailles.
